Cooper Farms Lot Owners are mandatory members of both Cooper Farms Community and Cooper Farms Recreational Associations.

Annual Dues are billed in December each year and due by February 28th. Dues are late if not paid by March 15th and will incur late fees until paid in full.

Cooper Farms Community Association: $225/year

Next billing statement will be mailed in December,2017 for 2018.

All legal fees associated with the collection of delinquent accounts are included in the total amount due, and are the responsibility of the homeowner.
In addition, if you have a delinquent account a lien will be filed against your home.
