Following the straight lines winds of April, 2022, a Risk Assessment Survey of all trees in Sections IA 1B, 12 and 13 was completed by an arborist certified and insured specifically for this task. Implementation of the Risk Mitigation Assessment Project was finalized in November, 2022
At the entrance of Black Walnut Blvd. erosion prevention rip rap was covered in liquid concrete to stabilize the rock during heavy rains. Fenimore Ridge Dr. heavily overgrown wooded area brush and tree grouping was mitigated. Tree lines adjacent to the open spaces on Deutsche Rd. were cut back reclaiming the turf.
Two solar powered radar speed signs were added on Park Lake Dr., permitting the battery units capable of being utilized more extensively at the remaining three cut through streets. Trees were planted on Top Walnut Loop, Leven Ct., Chestnut View Dr. and Black Walnut Blvd. entrance.
Select volunteers were trained by the HOA Board’s arborist to prune and trim all Ash tree replacement trees planted between 2017 – 2021 by the HOA. Limbs would be placed on the easements to be periodically removed by the Board.
