Clubhouse Card Access Information

In order to have your card activated you must be current with your association dues, provide a valid driver license with a Cooper Farms address, and submit a card activation form. If you do not have a copy of this form please see the link on this page to download a copy.  Additionally, cards will not be made for anyone under age 16, as they must be accompanied by an adult to enter the pool or clubhouse. If you have lost or damaged your card, a replacement will be issued at a cost $5.00 which is the amount we pay per card.

Permanent residents, 16 and over, must use their own card to access facility.
